Carry out Remedial works within the dwellings to ensure the property complied with the current electrical regulations. Carried out a lateral replacement programme to 60 blocks of flats/maisonettes. Carried out a communal lighting replacement programme to 82 blocks of flats/ maisonettes. Certificate all works and submit to the client

Including containment throughout all floors, new incoming supply and sub mains, local distribution boards, installation of the small power, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, external lighting, LED lighting throughout and external lighting columns. We also carried out all groundwork required for the electrical and mechanical programmes
